Google Calendar and Google Meet:

Fabpmtool lets you optionally connect your own Google account. We use your Google name, email, and profile information to identify the connected account. Calendar permissions allow us to create, update, and cancel meeting events on calendars you own. Meet permissions allow us to create and manage conference spaces created by Fabpmtool.

Google access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted. Meeting details, participant information, and available attendance or transcript data are stored to support meeting management. Meeting cards, including their title, schedule, and join link, are shared in the chat where the meeting was created. Meeting artifacts are available to invited users and administrators; recordings and notes opened in Google Drive or Docs also require Google's file-sharing permissions.

Recording, transcription, and native AI notes depend on the host's Google plan and Meet settings. If enabled for this deployment, access to Drive files created or edited by Google Meet is used to display native meeting notes. Google account data is used only for these app features; it is not sold or used for advertising. We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (Calendar, Meet, or Drive) to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

You can disconnect Google Meet from your profile or revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting clears the stored Google tokens; existing meeting history remains available in your workspace. For data questions or deletion requests, contact fabtechsol7@gmail.com.

Data Security and Protection:

We apply technical safeguards to protect sensitive data, including the Google account information described above:

• Encryption at rest: Google OAuth access and refresh tokens, and other third-party connection tokens, are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a unique random initialization vector before being stored, and are excluded from standard database queries and API responses.
• Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your browser, our servers, and Google's APIs is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
• Password protection: Account passwords are hashed (bcrypt) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
• Access controls: Role-based access controls limit which users can view or manage account, project, and meeting data, including connected Google Calendar and Meet information.
• Data minimization: We request only the Google permissions and information needed to provide the connected scheduling features, and do not use Google account data for advertising or to train AI models.
• Revocation and deletion: Disconnecting a Google account immediately clears its stored tokens from our systems and attempts to revoke them with Google. You may request deletion of your account by contacting fabtechsol7@gmail.com; note that content you shared with others, such as project files, chat messages, or meeting history, may remain visible to those users unless you also request its removal.

You can update or delete your account and manage app permissions anytime.
